As always, please read the pricing and event details closely before placing an order. Check the individual event pages for exact fees, and let me know if you have any questions. I will assume that you agree to the stated fees for the event when you order.
Update 2013: Due to my bank's foreign currency policies, an additional 3% will be incorporated to the exchange rate, bringing it to Y1000=$11.00. I apologize for the inconvenience, but in most cases, I have to withdraw funds from my US account or use my US card for fanservices's purchases.
