Hey everyone, it looks like Haru Comic City 19 is a go!

HCC19 is a large-scale event at the Tokyo Big Sight, with 15,000 circles for all sorts of fandoms. A web pamphlet can be found here.

Note:
The base costs involved in this covering this event come to approximately Y9000. If the total requests across everyone's orders reaches 10 circles, we'll switch over to the usual payment system of Y900 per circle (or 30% for large orders). Before that, I will divide the event costs across the orders. (Current order list: 7 circles) Minimum quota has been made! All orders will follow the usual Y900 per circle fee format.

Placing an Order:
Send me an email to fanservices.sales❀gmail.com, with HCC19 included in the subject line and the following information:

Minimal Form

Space numbers will include a character, a number, and "a" or "b", so please make sure to include all parts. For example, "モ16b".

Commission and Fees:
❀ Standard commission is Y900 per circle, or 30% the cost of items from that circle, whichever is greater.
❀ Wall circles will incur an additional Y500 fee to compensate for the time spent waiting in line for these popular circles. At this event, spaces marked あ, ア, A, Z, and a are wall circles.
❀ Special goods (non-flat, fragile, or larger than standard B5 doujinshi size) will incur an additional fee of Y200 per item. Small goods such as postcards, stickers and small pin badges do not have an additional fee.
❀ The grand total will also include cost of items, shipping and handling (your choice of method) and PayPal fees.

Payment:
❀ Payment is through PayPal, preferably in USD (currently, Y1000=$11.00). Please let me know if you'd prefer to pay in JPY (5% service charge).
❀ Deposit of $10.00 per item (or your spending limit, if applicable) is due prior to the event, by the listed deadline of March 12th (EST). This deadline allows me the time to make the funds accessible via ATM.
❀ The amount of the deposit paid will be subtracted from the final total to calculate the amount due.

Notes:
❀ Late orders (those confirmed and/or paid for after the deposit deadline) may be accepted at my discretion, but will incur a penalty fee from Y2000.
