Event: COMIC CITY SPARK 7

Short notice, but it turns out that I will be attending COMIC CITY SPARK 7 next Sunday, October 7th. \o/

COMIC CITY SPARK 7 is a large doujinshi event at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center. There are more than 18,000 circle spaces, and many listed "Only" events. The official website can be found here, and the pixiv event page is located here. (The catalog is not available prior to the event, sorry.)



Placing an Order:

Commission and Fees:
General commission is Y900 per circle, or 30% the cost of items from each circle, whichever is greater.
Wall circles incur an additional Y500 fee, due to likelihood of massive lines. Wall circles are A, Z, a, ア, あ sections. A map is available here.
Special goods (non-flat, fragile, or larger than standard B5 doujinshi size) will incur an additional fee, to be discussed (in the past, usually Y200 per item).
The grand total will also include cost of items, shipping and handling (your choice of method) and PayPal fees.

Payment:
Payment is through PayPal, preferably in USD (currently, Y1000=$13.00 -- may change closer to the event). Please let me know if you'd prefer to pay in JPY.
Deposit of $10.00 per item is due prior to the event, by the listed deadline of October 5th (EST). The amount of the deposit paid will be subtracted from the final total to calculate the amount due. If you currently have an open order with me, don't worry about the deposit.


Notes:
If you have difficulties meeting the deposit deadline (due to the slow transfer of funds through PayPal, or other reason), please let me know, and we can work something out.
Please note the commission price has increased, slightly -- the entry fees for this event are a bit higher than others. The current exchange rate has been lowered to Y1000=USD$13.50.
