I can't quote the exact amounts for international shipping or domestic fees (shipping to me and payment method fees), because it depends on the final weight of the items.
The first payment -- book price + commission Site 1: Y2600 Site 2: Y2400 Site 3: Y1600 Site 4: Y1600 ----Payment 1 total = Y8200, or USD $106.93
The second payment -- domestic shipping, payment fees (bank transfer, COD, etc), international shipping and handling, PayPal fees.
Site 1: (bank fees unknown) Site 2: Shipping Y160+, bank fees unknown Site 3: Shipping Y80, bank fees Y80+ Site 4: Shipping Y80+, bank fees unknown International shipping: depends on weight/method (Y1600 ~ Y5000) PayPal fees: 3.9% of grand total plus Y80 or $0.60.
Sorry I can't be more specific -- that's why those items are left for the second payment.
