~~Last minute pick-up service for Comic City SPARK 9!~~ Orders now closed.

SPARK 9 is a large-scale event at the Tokyo Big Sight, with 19,000 circles for all sorts of fandoms. A web pamphlet is not currently available, but here is the pixiv event page to start you off. (Many of the Tokyo events on the same day are actually mini-events within SPARK.) The event takes place on October 12th at Tokyo BIG SIGHT.

Note:
The entry costs alone for this event come to approximately Y6000. This amount will be split across all participants. If we reach at least 15 circles, though, I will waive that fee. (Tentative list: 9 participants, 20 circles. If there aren't a lot of no-shows, looks like we've met our minimum. \o/)

Placing an Order:
Send me an email to fanservices.sales❀gmail.com, with SPARK9 included in the subject line and the following information:

Minimal Form

Space numbers will include a character, a number, and "a" or "b", so please make sure to include all parts. For example, "モ16b".

Requests may be specific titles or less specific things like fandoms, pairings, or everything the artist has to offer.

Commission and Fees:
❀ Standard commission is Y1000 per circle.
❀ Wall circles will incur an additional Y500 fee to compensate for the time spent waiting in line for these popular circles. At past events, spaces marked あ, ア, A, Z, and a were wall circles. However, a map for this event has not yet been released.
❀ Special goods (non-flat, fragile, or larger than standard B5 doujinshi size) will incur an additional fee of Y200 per item. Small goods such as postcards, stickers and small pin badges do not have an additional fee.
❀ The grand total will also include cost of items, shipping and handling (your choice of method) and PayPal fees.

Payment:
❀ Payment is through PayPal in USD (currently, Y1000=$10.50).
❀ Deposit of $10.00 per item (or your spending limit, if applicable) is due prior to the event, by the listed deadline of October 6th (EST). This deadline allows me the time to make the funds accessible via ATM.
❀ The amount of the deposit paid will be subtracted from the final total to calculate the amount due.

Notes:
❀ Late orders (those confirmed and/or paid for after the deposit deadline) may be accepted at my discretion, but will incur a penalty fee from Y2000.
