Event: Comiket 90
Mashuma, my friend who helps me with large events, will be running the shopping service for Comiket 90. She will attend days 1 and 2 (Friday, August 12th and Saturday, August 13th). No Day 3 or commercial booths, sorry.
Placing an Order:
Send her an email to mashuma2003❀yahoo.com, with "Comiket 90" included in the subject line and the following information:
❀ Circle information is available on the web catalog (login required, but basic accounts are free). Circles may have their own website, or a twitter or pixiv account with more information.
❀ When no title information is available from a circle, general requests are okay. Examples: "new titles", "any Sam/Dean titles", "no Jack/Owen titles", "all comics".
❀ The space number has THREE parts: a letter/character, a 2-digit number, and either "a" or "b". (Ex. あ23b, カ65a, A01b, m88a) Some artists write this combined with the hall number and/or the day. That's fine, but please do not leave off any part of the space number itself.
❀ Individual circle requests are required -- we cannot run fandom searches in a general area.
Commission and Fees:
❀ Standard commission is Y1300 per circle, or 25% the cost of items from that circle, whichever is greater.
❀ Wall circles will incur an additional Y500 fee to compensate for the time potentially spent waiting in line for these popular circles. This includes sections A、シ、あ、 and れ. This fee will also apply to non-wall booths with a wait longer than fifteen minutes (not common, but it happens). Commission for wall circles is non-refundable if any time is spent in line.
❀ NO CORPORATE BOOTHS. Any space with a 3-digit number code will not be accepted.
❀ Goods (non-flat, fragile, or larger than standard B5 doujinshi size) will incur an additional fee of Y200-500 per item. Small flat goods such as postcards and stickers do not have an additional fee.
❀ The grand total will also include cost of items, shipping and handling (your choice of method) and PayPal fees.
Payment:
❀ Payment is through PayPal in JPY only.
❀ Deposit of Y1000 per circle and per item (or your spending limit, if applicable) is due prior to the event, by the listed deadline of August 9th, 22:00 (JST). If possible, please pay earlier than this, so we may prepare the funds in time for the event.
❀ The amount of the deposit paid will be subtracted from the grand total to calculate the final amount due.
Notes:
❀ Late orders (those confirmed and/or paid for after the deposit deadline) may be accepted at my discretion, but will incur a penalty fee, to be discussed.
