Here, I'll be posting whatever personal shopping I'm planning on that you can join in on! (I feel like I should do more to spread the fandom love, so here we go!) As it's probably going to be last minute, like, all the time, I might turn this into a tag and make new posts, but we'll see what happens.

So I bought the latest ZERO SUM the other day, because it had a Saiyuki poster and a 07Ghost clearfile in it (I am WEAK to the goods, omg). And lo and behold, they have an ad for goods from September's Girl's Festival. (How did I miss this? UGH.) Clear files and clear postcards from various series, but more importantly, SAIYUKI. (Also, the ikkou showering. BUTTS PPL [twitter has corrupted me]) 

I am ordering this. And hoping to hell I'm doing it right, as it requires bank transfers without any prior contact with the company, which I haven't done before. OH WELL.

The advert pages are below the cut. There are three sets, each Y1000. (Shipping is Y600 per order to me -- pricey, but whatever.) Set A is A4 clear posters, the other two are clear postcard sets. If you want in, it's Y1200 per set, plus the S&H to you. I will be ordering early next week. Order placed 10/21! If you're still interested, you can place a direct order request. 


Edit: Found the official site! Looks like they ship in January -- orders are going on through 11/30, I guess? If there are any latecomers who want in, it'll be treated like a direct order.
Edit the second: Oh god, all the goods, I really shouldn't peruse these websites [when I have no money]. ZERO-SUM goods Saiyuki art/books oh look another shop I didn't know about oh god stopping now (until payday at least)

Note: For online/mail orders I'm placing, there will be a small handling fee added on top of the item price. For upcoming shopping trips (Ikebukuro's anime and doujinshi shops, Akihabara, Nakano, etc.), I'll discuss it with you when it comes up. Once I buy stuff, no returns or cancellations.

For international shipping, whatever your order will be put into one package, so yes, combined shipping.

If possible, I'd like to receive the Y1200/set (USD $15.65) by PayPal before I place the order -- probably Monday. If there's later interest, I might be able to place another order afterwards.

Haha. I was in Ikebukuro three weeks ago at the animate, and yesterday was clicking through animate's online shop for someone's order, and an FMA item I was waffling over was labeled as sold out. D: So I might go in this weekend to see if it's still there. (Also, it turns out there's an affordable wig shop in Nakano. Who knew? My wallet, it cringes...)

I've been hesitant to offer in-store shopping services, especially at the retail shops, because what's in stock varies sooooo much, and transportation alone is usually $10-20. So I would have to charge a lot to actually make any money, and there's a big chance that the requested items aren't even available, meaning all that time and money down the drain, you know? Also, it's really like searching for a needle in a haystack in the resale shops, so there's no way I could take individual title requests -- it would have to be a pairing, a list of circles, and/or a DNW list. Not usually what's being requested.

Long reply is long, sorry about that! If you ever get the chance to visit Tokyo, you should totally check out those districts, great fannish shopping.

i understand what you mean about the resale shops being difficult for taking orders... every time i'm going to japan i got like huge shopping lists from friends with me and it's almost impossible to track down exactly what they want... half of the stuff is out of stock, the other half only trackable in bits and pieces... it's tiring. :/
BUT! nothing cooler than browsing through the stores oneself - i always end up spending sooo much money in the ikebukuro and nakano mandarakes, omg. and not to forget the ikebukuro animate... imho it's best to climb all the way to the top right in the beginning and then work your way down (and usually end up with 3 or 4 bags, urgh) XD
