Event: Movies Paradise 28 pick-up service!
Movies Paradise is an overseas fandom doujinshi event, covering movies and live-action TV shows from outside Japan. MP28 will be held on June 19th with nearly 1000 participating circles! There will be petit-only events for Merlin, Kingsman, RPS Hiddlesworth, The Man from UNCLE (Ilya/Solo), Avengers (Cap/Tony), Numb3rs, Hannibal (Will- or Hugh-centric), and SHERLOCK (Magnussen-centric).
To enter the official event page, please click on "MP28入口," then on "サークルリスト" for more circle details. Selecting the viewing options "ジャナル" and "配置順リスト" will allow you to view the circle details grouped by location (and therefore approximately by fandom).
Please note the deadline for deposits is June 13th. You can update me on your requests until the day before the event, as circles often don't post their sales flyer until the last minute. However, if you are even considering placing an order, please contact me prior to the deadline, so I can better judge how much money to prepare. Thank you!
Placing an Order:
Send me an email to fanservices.sales❀gmail.com, with MP27 included in the subject line and the following information:
By default, I will pick up one of everything offered at the table, including flyers/novels/goods. Otherwise, please let me know your restrictions, such as "new titles", "any Sam/Dean titles", "no Jack/Owen titles", "all manga" , etc.
Commission and Fees:
❀ Commission is USD $11.00 per circle.
❀ Wall circles will incur an additional $5.00 fee to compensate for the time potentially spent waiting in line for these popular circles. Wall spaces are あ, A, and B for this event.
❀ Special goods (non-flat, fragile, or larger than standard B5 doujinshi size) will incur an additional fee of $2.00 per item. Small flat goods such as postcards and stickers do not have an additional fee.
❀ The grand total will also include cost of items, shipping and handling (your choice of method) and PayPal fees.
Payment:
❀ Payment is through PayPal via "Goods and Services" option only, in USD (as of late May, the exchange rate is Y1000=$9.40 to account for bank fees).
❀ Deposit of $20.00 per circle (to be adjusted for larger orders) is due prior to the event, by the listed deadline of June 13th, 22:00 (JST). This deadline allows me the time to make the funds accessible via ATM.
❀ The amount of the deposit paid will be subtracted from the grand total to calculate the final amount due.
Notes:
❀ Late orders (those confirmed and/or paid for after the deposit deadline) may be accepted at my discretion, but will incur a penalty fee of $25.

❀ Many western fandom pages are password protected here -- the majority are, actually. On the front page of a website, there will be a section that gives clues to the username and password. (If you can't find it, I suggest view-source, as it might be in white-text or have a hidden hyperlink.) Google translate helps, but only goes so far. So, for your reference:
❀ A three-digit number is "801" (8=ya 0=o 1=i)
❀ A three-letter word is often "rps" (and if they ask for the 3rd of the 3 letters, write out "slash")
❀ A five letter word is often "slash"
❀ Other clues are character- or fandom-specific. For example, "angel's origin/birthplace/hometown" might be "heaven". Sometimes an actor/character's birth year/date is requested, or their name/nickname, or something else you should be able to run through a translation service.
